Where do you deliver?

Currently delivering within Tanzania. Dar es Salaam orders arrive same or next day. Upcountry deliveries take 2–5 business days depending on location.

When do you dispatch?

Orders are dispatched every Tuesday and Friday.

• Place your order by Monday 11:59pm for Tuesday dispatch.
• Place your order by Thursday 11:59pm for Friday dispatch.

Orders placed after a cutoff go out on the next dispatch date.

How will I know my order is on the way?

You'll receive an update via WhatsApp or email once your order has been dispatched.

Is the packaging discreet?

Yes. All orders ship in plain, unbranded outer packaging. Nothing on the outside indicates what's inside or where it came from.

What sizes do you carry?

Sizing varies by product. Each listing includes a size guide. When in doubt, size up — or reach out before ordering.

Can I return or exchange something?

Sizing on clothing can be exchanged within 7 days, unworn and with tags attached. Customer covers return shipping.

Due to the nature of personal care and intimate products, these cannot be returned once opened. Defective or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery — we'll sort it.

All paraphernalia and accessories sales are final.

How do I pay?

We accept mobile money (M-Pesa, Tigo Pesa, Airtel Money) and cash on delivery for local orders.
