SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Four The20. Please read this policy carefully so you know what to expect when you place an order.


Order Dispatch Schedule

We dispatch orders twice a week — every Tuesday and Friday.

Order cutoff Dispatches Estimated delivery (Dar es Salaam) Estimated delivery (Upcountry)
Monday by 11:59pm Tuesday Same day or next day 2–5 business days
Thursday by 11:59pm Friday Same day or next day 2–5 business days

Orders placed after the cutoff time will be held and dispatched on the next dispatch day. For example, an order placed on Tuesday afternoon will dispatch on Friday.


Delivery Areas

We currently ship within Tanzania only.


Delivery Methods

Dar es Salaam: Orders are delivered via same-day or next-day courier. You will receive a message with delivery details once your order is dispatched.

Upcountry Tanzania: Orders are dispatched via intercity transport and typically arrive within 2–5 business days depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We will send you an update when your order is on its way.


Order Tracking

You will receive an order confirmation by email when your purchase is placed, and a dispatch notification when your order leaves us. Where tracking is available, we will include details in your dispatch message.
For upcountry orders, tracking may be limited — we will keep you updated via WhatsApp or email at each stage.

Discreet Packaging

All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging with no indication of the contents on the outside. Your privacy is important to us.


Delivery Delays

We are not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control, including transport disruptions, weather, or incorrect address information provided at checkout. Once your order has been handed to the courier or transport provider, risk of loss passes to you.

If your order does not arrive within the estimated window, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. We are unable to redirect orders once dispatched. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for re-delivery costs.
