RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Because of the nature of the products we sell, our return and refund policy differs by product category. Please read this carefully before placing your order.



Inspect Your Order on Arrival

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at via WhatsApp or email with your order details and photos of the issue so we can assess and resolve it.



Returns by Product Category

Clothing & Outfits

We accept size exchanges on clothing items within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • All tags must be attached
  • Original packaging must be included
  • You must contact us via WhatsApp or email before sending anything back — items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted

We offer size exchanges only — no cash refunds, no store credit, no swapping for a different product category. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will dispatch the correct size.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We will cover outbound shipping on the exchanged item.


Adult Toys & Personal Care Products

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on adult toys, lubricants, or any personal care products, whether opened or unopened. All sales in this category are final.

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement.


Paraphernalia & Accessories (Rolling Papers, Trays, Grinders, etc.)

These items are non-returnable. All sales are final. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will assess the situation.


Tech & Equipment (Webcams, Ring Lights, Tripods, etc.)

We accept exchanges on tech and equipment items that are dead on arrival or defective, subject to the following:

  • You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
  • Contact us at via email or WhatsApp with your order details and a description or video of the fault
  • We will arrange an exchange for the same item — no cash refunds
  • Items damaged through misuse or normal wear are not eligible


Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned under any circumstances:

  • Adult toys, lubricants, and personal care products
  • Rolling papers, pre-rolled cones, and other consumables
  • Sale items and discounted products
  • Any item that has been used, washed, or is not in its original condition


No Cash Refunds

We do not offer cash refunds. Eligible issues are resolved through size exchange (clothing) or like-for-like replacement (defective tech/equipment).



How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Send a WhatsApp message or email with your order number, the item(s) you wish to exchange, and the reason
  2. Wait for confirmation and instructions before sending anything back
  3. Ship the item back in its original condition at your own cost
  4. Once received and inspected, we will process your exchange

Items sent back without prior authorisation will not be accepted and will not be returned to you.
